Up to 999 service animals , 2 dogs , 2 cats allowed.
Weight limits: 50 lbs per dog , 50 lbs per cat
Pet Types
We welcome up to 2 pets per apartment, 50 lbs or under per pet. All pets must be current on vaccinations, with documentation provided before move-in, and are subject to a pet interview. Puppies under 1 year old are not permitted. Restricted dog breeds: Bull Terrier, Chow Chow, Labrador, Pit Bull, Boxer, American Bulldog, and mixed breeds. Reptiles, birds, and rodents (including hamsters, rats, mice, gerbils, and guinea pigs) are not permitted. Pet fees: $400 non-refundable fee per pet, plus $30 monthly pet rent per pet. Pet restrictions and fees do not apply to assistance animals.
